Cautionary Notes While Using Massage Oils

  1. Oils should not be taken internally or, in most cases, applied undiluted to the skin.
  2. Oils are flammable and should be kept out of reach of children.
  3. Essential oils are highly concentrated and dosages should be strictly adhered to.
  4. The use of essential oils should be avoided during pregnancy unless under the supervision of a qualified Therapist.
  5. If you have sensitive skin, dilute essential oils in vegetable oil when using in the bath.
  6. Citrus oils such as Lemon or Bergamot should not be used before exposure to the sun as a skin reaction could occur.
  7. Seek advice before you use essential oils on young children or babies.

Storage

Essential Oils should be stored in a cool dark place and should last for well over a year.
